GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Sucré delivers within the continental United States only. As Sucré products are perishable, we do not currently ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii. After you have selected your items, you will select your preferred delivery date. Shipping costs are calculated after the delivery address has been provided, and are based on weight and destination. Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive a receipt and tracking notification via email, through which you may track your order’s delivery.
Shipments are made Monday through Thursday during business hours. To ensure your order arrives in the best condition, we only offer UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air®. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Please note our shipping schedule:
If you order by noon Monday, the earliest shipping is Tuesday.
If you order by noon Tuesday, the earliest shipping is Wednesday.
If you order by noon Wednesday, the earliest shipping is Thursday.
If you order by noon Thursday – noon Sunday, the earliest shipping is Monday.
Once a package has left our facility, Sucré does not assume responsibility for any issues that arise due to delivery time. In addition, shipping options depend on seasonal temperature, and unexpected weather delays may affect timelines, shipping dates, and delivery dates.
To facilitate delivery, please provide apartment, suite, or hall number in your selected delivery address, as well as other pertinent delivery information in the “Additional Information” section.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Sucré orders are cold packed May through October, to keep products cool, at no extra cost to our customers. Sucré orders are not cold packed from November through April.
Deliveries made during holidays are based on UPS business hours. Any questions about holiday deliveries should be directed to Sucré at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When ordering a gift, we offer the complimentary option of including a customized message. We do not provide gift receipts, nor do we include receipts for orders in Sucré packages. Receipts for purchases are sent via email only.
