Sucré’s Signature Chocolate Collection includes an assortment of our Bananas Foster, Magnolia, PB&J, Meunière, Avery, Hazelnut, Bolivian, and Madagascar chocolates.



Avery: salted caramel 49% Maracaibo Criolait double cream milk chocolate ganache finished with fleur de sel

Hazelnut Cream: 60% Sao Palme dark chocolate ganache with praline paste and toasted hazelnuts 

Bolivian: 68% Bolivia dark chocolate ganache

Madagascar: 64% single bean Madagascar dark chocolate ganache with a hint of vanilla finished with cocao nibs

Bananas Foster: a New Orleans classic with fresh banana, 38% Maracaibo milk chocolate ganache and a hint of rum

Magnolia: 38% Maracaibo milk chocolate ganache with southern pecans and a hint of pecan liqueur

PB&J: 36% Edelweiss ivory peanut butter ganache topped with strawberry marmalade

Meunière: 36% Edelweiss ivory ganache with browned sweet cream butter finished with a hint of fleur de sel

Store at room temperature.  Consume within 4 weeks.
