Corporate Gifting

For personalized corporate gifting options, we’re happy to add to each order a custom tag or insert provided by the customer. Please note, we do not print custom tags, inserts, or boxes at this time. Custom tags or inserts may be no larger than 4×6 inches, and must be received at least one week prior to shipping. 

Addresses must be provided to Sucré two weeks prior to your selected shipping date.

We ask that you place your corporate, party, wedding, or other large order at least ten to fourteen days in advance. If this timeframe is difficult for you to meet, please email us at customerservice@sucrenola.net and we’ll determine how we can best help you.

Sucré ships within the continental United States only. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, international locations, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

To ensure the quality of your order, we do not ship orders if they will be in transit over the weekend. We only ship Monday through Thursday, using UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air®. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. What this means is that orders placed by noon Central Time (12pm CT) on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday will be shipped out the following day. If you place your order after noon Central Time (12pm CT) Wednesday through Sunday, the earliest your order will be shipped is Monday.

Regarding delivery: UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, but you may use the street address of a post office, if necessary. Due to the delicate nature of our product, please make sure someone is home to accept the delivery. We wouldn’t want your shipment to be exposed to the elements!

Don’t worry — we never include pricing in our orders. You’ll receive an emailed receipt for your order.
